The Ryland Inn has been transformed into a warm, inviting and awe inspiring site. The environment has been created to be reminiscent of the past yet acknowledge the future. Executive Chef Anthony Bucco has recently received four stars from New Jersey Monthly, an award that has not been given in over a decade. Chef Bucco’s resume includes leading some of New Jersey’s top restaurants such as; Stage Left, Uproot and Restaurant Latour. Chef Bucco shares the corporate vision to create memories for both guests and employees. His “cooking from the heart” mantra is a perfect marriage with the welcoming atmosphere of The Ryland Inn.

Chef Anthony Bucco and his culinary team will be producing food true to the heart with advanced culinary technique. The menu is inviting and tempting to the pallet with a variety of offerings that evolve with season. Perfect for a bite after work, or an extended meal featuring one of our Chefs’ tasting menus. The Ryland Inn is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday. In addition to our a la carte menu, guests can elect to enjoy our grand tasting menu. Experience the flavors of the farm as we showcase the Garden State in all its glory during the summer months and then continue to produce amazing products in our hydroponic greenhouse year round.

Oenophiles may remember the deep cellar at the Ryland Inn, and true to its past that will be the case. In addition to the old favorites expect some esoteric wines and a strong selection of by the glass options. The old bar has been restored to all its glory and will be stocked full of Scotch’s, in addition to other spirits.
